1. 活动范围
Field of activity

a). PSE经理负责标准化PSE方法，工具及规则的培训
The PSE Manager is responsible of the training of the people to the standards PSE methods, tools and principles.
b). 他有责任确保这些的标准，并对整个工厂的人员培训使用这些标准
He guarantees the respect of these standards. He supports the plant team in the training and use of these standards.
c). PSE的活动范围包括The field of the PSE activities is:
- 5S
- 改善Hoshin
- TPM
- 拉动式生产（Pull System (Truck preparation and expedition, Pool-stock, Sequencer, Kanban, Shop-stock)
- SMED
- Small Train & picking area
- 内部包装（BOP，半成品及成品零件在生产过程中的使用）(Internal packaging (BOP,semi-finished and finished parts going through the production process)
- 内部MIFA&主导时间减少（工厂内部）Internal MIFA & lead time reduction (internal of the plant)
- 内部库存的FIFO FIFO for internal stocks
- 库存区域的改善Implementation of storage area

2. 定义潜在的改善
Definition of the potential of improvement

a). PSE经理需在以下方面支持工厂经理区域的PSE经理
The PSE Manager supports the Plant Management and the Division PSE Manager in
-诊断阶断：定义生产潜能的改进
Diagnosis stage: identification of the improvement and productivity potential
-根据预算目标定义PSE改善计划指导及目标
Definition of targets and introduction of improvement plan (PSE plan) according to the budget target
-根据PSE计划定义改善活动的指导方法
Definition of the strategy to introduce the different improvement activities in accordance with the PSE plan

3.现场
Workshops

a). PSE的协调The PSE coordinator
- 根据PSE的方法和工具做一些工厂 改善的牵头（PSE工厂）
Leads some pilot improvement workshop based on standard PSE methods and tools (PSE workshops)
- 在PSE工厂中培训工厂管理和技术团队（指导）
Trains the plant management and technical team of the plant to lead the PSE workshops (coaching)
- 对工厂的管理及技术 团队培训PSE方法及工具的使用
Trains the plant management and technical team to PSE methods and tools
- 跟踪日常的PSE工厂 日常运行并负责确保PSE方法，工具及准则的使用
Follows-up regularly the PSE workshops running in the plant and guarantees the respect of the standard PSE methods, tools and principles in these workshops.
- 总结每一次现场PSE的结果
Summarizes the results of each finished PSE workshop

b). 现场的PSE，如：5S，改善，TMP，SMED等（见现场活动）
The PSE workshop are for example: 5S, Hoshin, TPM, SMED,... (see field of activity)

4.沟通
Communication

a). PSE的协调The PSE coordinator
- 在工厂内传达标准的PSE文件
communicates the standardised PSE documents in the plant
- 在PSE网络上提供最好的事例
proposes best practices to the PSE Network
- 发展可视化的沟通使得工厂的PSE根据标准运行
develops visual communication for the running PSE workshop according to the standards

5.佛吉亚卓越体系
Faurecia Excellence System

a). PSE经理需保证标准PSE方法在PSE改善活动中的连续性并确定符合佛吉亚卓越体系PSE的需求
The PSE Manager guarantees the continuity and respect of the standard PSE methods in the PSE improvement activities and consequently guarantees that the PSE requirements of the Faurecia Excellence System are respected.
b). 他需负责佛吉亚质量体系程序及其活动范围的安全法规
He guarantees the respect of the Faurecia Quality System Procedures and the respect of the safety rules in all his activities
-新项目（项目管理体系）New Projects (Programm Management System)
-根据PMS，PSE经理需根据PSE准则对新项目提供支持（机器的设计，布置，生产组织，原材料流动，内部包装）
In accordance with the PMS, the PSE Manager support the project team regarding the realisation of PSE principles in new projects (machine design, layout, production organisation, material flow, internal packaging)
-支持区域PSE经理定义新项目中的PSE准则
Supports the Division PSE manager by identifying some deviation to PSE principles in new projects

a). 确保完全遵守HSE规章制度
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations

团队合作Team work
a). 确保和直属经理和内部顾客沟通的透明性和及时性
Ensure transparent timely communication with N＋1 Manager and internal customers
b). 参与到管理同事中间，以改善UAP绩效
Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of UAP performance
c). 报告进货控制的成绩，成功点，问题点及开始的行动
Participate to report incoming performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.
