Responsibilities:
1.Order handling (Enter order timely and correctly, send out order acknowledgement, order status tracking, shipment notice, etc.);
2.Provide quick response to customer enquiry;
3.Organize lab-dip sampling;
4.Quick response to customer complains and returns;
5.Handle sample enquiry and processing;
6.Complete other duties and projects as assigned;
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.Over one year relevant working experience in customer services is an advantage
3.Knowledge of SAP or ERP preferable
4.Good command in computer, excel, word
5.Well English reading and writing skill
6.Initiative,good command of communication and interpersonal skill
7.Responsible, fast learning, patient, detail mind, stable and able to work under pressure
