Intern, Actuarial and Benefit Consulting Practice

The intern will work with consultants in assignments of actuarial and benefit consulting, as well as a wider mix of Human Resource initiatives. The intern will have an opportunity to enhance actuarial skills and acquire HR consulting knowledge.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting in analytical work, including actuarial valuations
• Assisting in desktop research on actuarial and HR related issues
• Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, proposals and presentations for clients
• Assisting in database upkeep
• Assisting consultants in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
• Graduate students from prestige schools with actuarial, mathematics, statistics, finance, economics or related background
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Positive and pro-active attitude, willing to undertake a challenging work environment
• Willing to learn and a quick-learner
• MS Office required, good excel and powerpoint skills preferred
• Progress in actuarial exams preferred
