Responsibilities:
- Book flights, hotels, monthly stationary purchase, name cards and meeting rooms
- Fill up travel request, training application, cash advance and claim
- Prepare invitation letter and other documents under request
- Report weekly manager schedule
- Update information in ASAP system, including working hour record, PMP key dates, payment & invoice follow-up, etc.
- Other office administration jobs assigned by manager
Requirements:
- College / University student, major in English/ Secretary/management will be good
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Good computer skill: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Patience, carefulness and a good team player
