总的来说，最关键的就是unix和c。开发和测试都招，但bea做中间件，所以测试也要编程

在unix/c的基础上，懂CORBA、os400、openVMS之中任何一个的人才我们更欢迎。这些经验不是必须，但会是很强的plus。

待遇我不知道，但我猜测在7k到2w之间。外企的平均线吧。能拿多少，还是看人。

Title: Software Engineer – Customer Centric Engineering

Location: Beijing, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve customer escalations, investigate work around or provide patches for fixes in a timely and quality manner
Develop enhancements or new features on top of existing or new developing product releases, provide requirements, design documents, review test specifications for QA team
Reproduce and diagnose problems, and investigate causes
Develop solution to fix defect, carry out testing and ensure its effectiveness in customer’s environment
Clearly document the defect, the cause of the problem, and solution
If needed, work directly with the customer to solve urgent problem
Work closely with the development group to integrate fixes to the next release and participate in design and code implementation
Help the QA team include important fix tests to regression testing suite
You will specialize in one or two technical areas and develop expertise therein.
REQUIREMENTS:



Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or above



Qualifications:

* 2+ years of software development experience in C/C++

* Java experience a plus

* Experience with Tuxedo, Jolt, WebLogic Server, enterprise client/server programming is desirable

* Strong debugging and development skills on UNIX and NT

* Knowledge of the UNIX and/or NT development environments, including Shell programming desirable

* CORBA knowledge/experience a plus.

* Open VMS and OS/400 knowledge a plus

* Experience in commercial programming

* Ability to promote a high level of customer satisfaction by providing thorough and useful information; ability to follow-through and complete calls and projects independently, as well as actively participate in team-based activities and group projects

* Good understanding of software development process

* Strong commitment sense to customers and owned projects

* Good English language skills (CET-6), both spoken and written

Title: Software Engineer – Test Developer, Tuxedo

Location: Beijing, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be a member of the software QA team, and involved in each stage of the Tuxedo product family development lifecycle. Specific duties include:

* Review Product Requirement Document (PRD) and function specification, create test plan according to the requirements.

* Design test cases, write and review test design specifications based on feature functional specifications, and develop test programs to implement and automate test cases.

* Execute testing cases, analyze test results, and diagnose failures.

* Report defects through BEA internal system, and help developers fix defects and improve product quality.

* Report testing status to management and publish testing results on internal system.

* Review user manuals and propose changes according to test results.

* Continuously improve test efficiency and quality assurance processes.

* Learn new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education



Qualifications:

* Expert of the QA process/standard and full lifecycle QA methodology of software product development

* Strong experience with middleware technologies with application development(Message Oriented Middleware, Transaction Process Middleware, SOA & SCAetc).

* 2+ years of experience in software development environment. Client/Server environment programming experience is a plus.

* Strong C/C++/Java program development skills (2-4 years+) based on Unix/Windows. Master the development tookits, including ANT,XML,Python Make, debug tools etc.

* Hands on Shell/Perl programming experience(2 year+).

* Strong technical background on multiple platforms, e.g. AIX, SUN Solaris, HP_UX, Red Hat, Red Flag, Windows systems/AS400,etc. Understanding the difference and can do basic system administration.

* Good communication skills both in English(CET-6 is preferred) and Chinese.



Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with IBM AS/400 OS programming and administration

* Experience with Tuxedo, Jolt, WebLogic Server, enterprise client/server programming

* Experience with CORBA development

* Experience with relational database systems, e.g. Oracle

* Strong debugging and development skills on UNIX and NT

* Experience with developing system-level middleware products

* Hands on experience in establishing test infrastructure and test automation

Location: Beijing, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibility of this position is to develop new products/releases for Tuxedo product family. The major duties include:

* Work closely with product manager and project manager and help on decision making by providing technical support, e.g. new technology investigation, solution and effort estimation, prototype

* Analyze the customer requirements and compose the functional specification for new features

* Design and implement new features for new Tuxedo products/releases

* Develop and execute unit test cases and integration test

* Work closely with QA team and fix the problems efficiently

Review product documentation to ensure the technical correctness
Continuously improve development process


REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education



Qualifications:

* 3+ years of software development experience in C/C++

* Strong development and debugging skills on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms

* Java/J2EE development experience a plus

* Experience with Tuxedo or other middleware a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibility of this position is to port Tuxedo products to different operating system and hardware platforms. The major duties include:

* Work closely with product manager and project manager and help on decision making by providing technical support, e.g. new platform related technology investigation, solution and effort estimation, prototype

* Develop platform specific functions for Tuxedo products

* Develop platform specific build environment for Tuxedo products

* Execute sanity test cases, analyze the test result and fix the problems accordingly

* Work closely with QA team and fix the problems efficiently

Continuously improve port process

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of software development experience in C/C++

* Strong development and debugging skills on different operating systems, including Unix, Windows, Linux

* OS/400 development experience a great plus
