Contribute to the profitability of Oracle Support Services by providing technical support, business solution implementation and risk management, either on-site or through remote access, to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To provide advanced technical and functional support services (onsite or remote) to customers
2. To work with Global Support Team and Customer Management Team to manage problem in crisis situation.
3. To establish and maintain good relationship with customers
4. To assist Services Sales Team to develop technical solution for large scale services project
5. To pitch Oracle Services values and generate business lead to Services Sales Team.
6. To provide 24x7 standby services to named customers on a roaster basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Technical degree with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education
2. Strong Middleware and related software technology and Trouble-shooting experience
3. Production System Support experience
4. BEA Weblogic, BEA Tuxedo development and troubleshooting experiences is a big plus
5. Application Development experience is a plus
6. PM experience is a plus
7. Good Communication Skill and Fluent English.
