1.Provide on-site maintenance service for IBM i-series/p-series systems
2.Maintain customer satisfaction with delivery excellence
Desired experience
1.Have experience with IBM server such as hardware/AIX or familar with UNIX

2. Have experience on system maintenance/support or administration. - more

3. Good communication skills, account management, situation handling

5. Bachelor degree of computer or related area, Master preferred
