-POSITION OBJECTIVE
To provides sufficient human resources support and substantial interaction with all staff in the office.
-MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Incumbent will have primary responsibilities in specific HR functional areas and will have to provide HR support and services to all employees in the most professional and effective manner, new employee registration processing, personnel file maintenance, etc
2.To collect and provide sufficient information for analysing and conducting training plan with the direct supervisor, also to be responsible of following up the training results for the China employees.
3.To update the HR database
4.To provide exact HRIS report on time
5.To make fulltime staff and contractor staff contract renew
6.To provide the secretarial support to the manager, e.g. trip arrangements and expense report process.
-JOB COMPETENCIES
1.Fluent in communications in the English language (spoken, written, reading and listening).
2.Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
3.Good planning, organization and propriety skills.
4.Able to operate computers, especially MS Word and Excel applications, well.
5.Able to be circumspection
-EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Pursuing master degree students, career path is focus on Human Resources Management development
2.Can come to office at lest 3 days in a week
