Title: Member of Technical Staff
- Oracle WebLogic Server Developer
Location: Beijing, China

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS) is the leading J2EE Application Server and serves as the foundation for Oracle’s WebLogic Platform. You will be part of the team and help design and implement the next generation application server that has availability, reliability and performance guarantees.
You will be expected to design and implement solutions to embody product vision and requirements. You are also expected to drive intra-group and inter-group initiatives, and be the domain expert. Work closely with testing and documentation team to ensure that our customers are able to work with our platform and that their feedback is incorporated into the product. You need to be able to juggle multiple simultaneous projects using proven organizational skills, adhere to project deadlines and understand the balance between doing it right and getting the job done. You need to work well in a team environment and be able to effectively drive cross-team solutions that have complex dependencies and requirements.

Qualifications/Necessary Skills
·Deep understanding of infrastructure software architectural and design issues.
·Effective at architecting complex interactions across many subsystems to resolve real-world issues, articulating the architecture and obtaining buy-in from other teams.
·Excellent design and implementation skills, including ability to produce detailed design specifications. Experienced in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD), UML.
·Extensive working knowledge in J2EE JDBC specs and JCA. Good working knowledge on JTA and distributed transactions.
·Solid systems-level programming skills in Java (not just application layer experience).
·Strong understanding of J2EE technologies, knowledge of messaging and asynchronous architectures.
·Strong background in compiler is preferred. Experience in JSP compiler is a plus.
·Deep understanding of performance, memory, I/O, threading and ClassLoading is highly desirable.
·Good data architecture, RDBMS (Oracle, DB2), and XML expertise. Able to adopt and extend industry standard schemas to meet complex internal and interface requirements.
·Solid skill in development tool like ant, java IDE such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA.
·Familiar with unit test tools such as JUnit, MockObject, HttpUnit, Cactus.
·Proficient in a variety of software development lifecycle methodologies.
·Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English.

Desirable
·Experience in Weblogic Server, Tomcat, etc.
·Flexibility and adaptability to move quickly from broadly defined user and business requirements to solutions and implementations.

Educational Requirements
·B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.
·5+ years overall development experience, 3+ years enterprise infrastructure software experience.

Job Title: Sr Software Developer(Prefer Linux/UNIX and kelnel experience Engineer)
Funtion: Development,Tuxedo
Location: Beijing, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibility of this position is to develop new products/releases or customer requested enhancement for Tuxedo product family. The major duties include:
· Work closely with product manager and project manager and help on decision making by providing technical support, e.g. new technology investigation, solution and effort estimation, prototype
· Analyze the customer requirements and compose the functional specification for new features
· Design and implement new features for new Tuxedo products/releases
· Develop and execute unit test cases and integration test
· Work closely with QA team and fix the problems efficiently
· Review product documentation to ensure the technical correctness
· Continuously improve development process

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of software development experience in C/C++
· Strong software design, development and debugging skills, experience in large scale software system development
· Hands on experience on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms
· Java/J2EE development experience a plus
· Experience with Tuxedo or other middleware a plus
· Good understanding of software development process
· Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education
