Report to sales manager
-Answer phone calls and record information for following
-Daily cash management
-Keep regular contact with the existing corporate clients to obtain business opportunities
-Prepare all kinds of agreements/contracts
-Organize corporate marketing events to screen out business opportunities
-Draft marketing materials and coordinate with public media for publication
-Support other direct sales force
-Make sure internal communication channels smoothly, specifically, between the product manager and sales force
-Respond to any of the client request in an efficient and effective way
-Conduct market research of any kinds to serve for the corporate business strategy
Requirements:
-College in business administration, marketing management or equivalent
-Marketing and/or administrative experience preferred
-Sound skills of internal and external communications at various levels
-Demonstrated experience in successfully managing multi-task assignment
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills
-Proficiency in computer software applications including MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Database applications, and related
-Good personality and ability to work independently
