*Job Responsibilities
1. Work as a technical lead role and escalation expert on the administration and support for Linux and Unix platforms, xSeries and pSeries hardware, storage, enterprise backup service etc
2. Lead virtualization solution development and service delivery for IBM p-Series, SUN Server and HP-UX servers
3. Lead enterprise monitoring solution development for Linux/Unix/Windows platforms with Tivoli products/solutions
4. Lead team to design and develop other IT solutions related with Linux/Unix platforms
5. Assist team lead on security compliance management and service operation for Linux/Unix platforms
*Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
1. At least 5-year work experience on Linux/ Unix administration
2. Solid technical knowledge and rich support experience on Linux, AIX, and plus on Solaris and HP-UX platforms
3. Deep understanding and rich compliance management experience on IT security
4. Solid technical knowledge and rich support experience on server hardware, IBM storage and Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)
5. Rich knowledge and experience on virtualization for IBM pSeries, Sun and HP Servers
6. Rich IT operation experience on MNC and good understanding on ITIL
7. Rich experience on project management
8. Excellent customer communication skills
9. Has strong interest for the new technologies and able to pickup quickly
10. Creative problem resolution skills
