1. Local research conducted and interpreted to give the marketing insights for the formulation of the brand plan within the SBP and AOP
2. Marketing calendar planned and executed that are consistent with and supporting the product release, seasonality of the trade / channel and our business cycle.
3. Specific events (e.g. launch parties, trade show, road shows) are well managed to serve the objective define, executed smoothly and within budget.
4. The annual marketing budget is well planned to bring a balanced and high impact/ROI for the brand.
5. Proper and adequate working relationship with media established and maintained to give intelligence on competitors marketing activities and opportunities for promoting the brand is noted and acted upon
6. A motivated team of marketing professional well coached, having the process and tools to work with.
