Maintain document list
TR tracking and reminder
Load SW and write delivery note
Wiki site maintenance
Write report and chart
Lab equipment tracking
IT admin (conference call,meeting room)
Shipment
Support all the team members in the project
Competence required:
Basic SW knowledge, major in computer science is preferred
Initiative, self-motivated
Good communication skill
Familiar with MS Office, powerpoint, excel
Hard working
Ownership
Work time:
From now to the end of this year.
50% part time up to full time.
