Job Description:
- Support the Retail Projects team in the following areas:
- Development and delivery of Projects for the “People in Retail” initiative
-development of retail network steering tools (eg. dealer agreement, margin system)
-development of retail network support systems, mostly on a project basis (wholesale strategies, concepts and guidelines designed to raise the quality of the retail network in PR China)
- Assume responsibilities for aspects of ongoing and new projects including:
-coordination of meetings and workshops for People in Retail
-Individual projects under the People in Retail Program (regarding recruitment, staff retention and satisfaction), such as the Salesperson Support Program
Qualification Requirements:
-Graduate from relevant field such as business, management, marketing, etc.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Previous internship experience is preferred
