Receptionist 前台1名



Responsibility:

•        Receives visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel

•        Operates a switchboard, answers incoming calls and takes messages

•        Maintains an appointment book of visitors and clients

•        Sorts and distributes incoming mail

•        Prepares outgoing mail and maintains postage record

•        Performs minor typing and routine administrative work as assigned



Requirement:

•        College Diploma or above

•        Good command of English and Chinese

•        Amiable, patient, and nice personality

•        Proficient in MS Office
