Customer Service Executive 2-3
Job Description: ·Deliver customer services by acting as the coordinator between external clients and internal technical supports regarding the progress of projects and all relaterd events; ·Handle customer enquiries for project related or non project related issues or complaints; ·Provide all round administerative supports to management executives; ·Proofreading of financial documents and commercial job.
Requirement: ·Unversity graduate; ·At least 1 year related working experience; ·Knowledge in printing/publication industry will be an advantage; ·With strong sense of customer service and responsibility; ·Good command of oral & written English, CET-6 or above; ·Good command of cantonese is a must; ·Good interpersonal and communication skills; ·PC knowledge in MS Word,Excel and Outlook; ·Ability to work independently; ·Willingness to work a flexible schedule and under pressure; ·Night-shift duty is required.
