职位描述：
1. 协调项目成员内部关系, 包括协助项目人员申请签证、出差津贴，帮外籍员工申请居住证，填写考勤表，接送日本客户
2. 根据项目需要支持项目进度, 包括预定机票、会议室、酒店、餐厅等， 发送QA，更新QA答案，制作工资申请单，更新考勤表等
3. 完成项目日常文档管理, 包括填写Yodobashi Timesheet merge，制作PPT，更新项目成员信息，数据核对等
4. 协调每年的公司活动，如kickoff meeting 和 annual dinner
5. 相关书面翻译、会议翻译

要求：
1.大学三、四年级学生
2.精通日语（二级相当及以上）
3.熟练运用MS office工具
4.独立自主，认真踏实，能在压力下工作
5.有团队精神，由相关实习经验者优先
6.一周至少到4天（工作日），能实习三个月以上
Responsibilities:

1. Assist project manager to coordinate team and clients, including applying temporary residence card, visa, per diem, making payment request, filling out workload sys for team member’s onsite and reception of Japanese clients.
2. Perform daily duties in monitoring site progress, including booking meeting room, air tickets, projector, restaurant, hotel, sending QA and update QA answers, making payment request, update workload data, making meeting minutes etc.
3. Responsible for the documentation of the project, including filling out timesheet merge, making PPT, update team member’s information, checking leave application, checking data in NASA system.
4. Coordinate company events, such as kick off meeting and annual dinner once a year.
5. Relative translation work

Requirement:
1. Grade 3 or Grade 4 college students of bachelor degree
2. Excellent Japanese skill in oral and writing, JP level-2 or above
3. Familiar with MS Office word, excel and PPT
4. Self-motivated, a fast learner, and the ability to work under pressure
5. Good communication and cooperation skills, a team player,
6. 4+ working days available per week with duration of at least 3 months
