Responsibility:
With the support from country commercial manager,conduct new technical development and technical service and lead the process of technology transfer on new applications and new technologies to targeted customers in the region
Keeps good communication with country commercial team for identifying the developments need & concludes a solid plan.Then supports the execution of agreed plan thoroughly
Keeps good communication with Global GBDT & RDC for TPU and gains their full support in new technology transfer to country commercial team.
Keeps good communication with supply chain team to support the scale up of trail samples
Offer consultation service to country commercial team on the technology and based on his own expertise provides advice in supporting the country team to gain the valuable business and minimize the possible risk.
Requirements:
1.Undergraduate Master degree in chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science
2.Senior master student who will graduat in 2009
3.Students from JiaoTong university,Fudan university and Tongji university are preferred.
4.Good Interpersonal Skills,Good Analytical Skills
5.Good command of PC skills
5.Good command of English,both in speaking and writing
