MINT Events
MINT provides incentive travel rewards, which are uniquely designed to your specific needs. From local to global, MINT has a reward to motivate and reward the most seasoned traveller.
MINT specializes in incentive travel programs, fitting perfectly into the role of reward provider for MINT Performance Improvement clients. MINT also manages conferences and product launches combining powerful business message.
Performance Improvement
MINT designs performance improvement strategies and manages the process from implementation and measurement through to the provision of rewards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist in the planning and execution of MINT Events - specifically, meetings, special events, conferences, product launches and incentive travel reward programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Overall
• Assist in the preparation of proposals including research of destinations
• Co-ordinate group reservations (i.e. accommodation, flights, transfers, tours, social functions, entertainment)
• Maintain regular liaison with suppliers
• Provide on-site program support, as required
• Attend client and supplier meetings, as required
• Maintain exceptional standards of client service
• Adhere to critical paths prepared by the Program Manager
• Assist to develop and produce registration forms, pre-departure information, itineraries, menus, name tags etc.
• Assist in the preparation of on-site operations manuals etc.
• Assist in the issue and delivery of relevant lists to hotels, airlines, destination management companies, etc.
• Prepare and despatch client invoices in a timely manner
• Process supplier invoices for payment
• Ensure the timely despatch of travel documentation to participants
• Maintain accurate filing systems for all projects
• Work closely with suppliers to develop and maintain their relationships with MINT
• Attend supplier meetings and functions, as required (sometimes outside business hours)
• Adhere to standard office procedures
• Maintain all client contracts, scan and file upon receive.
PI
• Assist PI Program Manager in programs when necessary
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Be able to work from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Minimum 6 months, but flexible (start from this September)
- Ideal candidate should be from tourism/hospitality/MICE department
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal, communication skills under Chinese-English working environment
