Requisition Title (BL): Integration Engineer

Location: Da Lian

 

 

 

Description

As integration engineer you will be responsible for the integration of hardware and software in new or upgraded networks in accordance to customer requirements. You will travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.

 

Main Responsibilities as below:

 

·         Carry out hardware testing, integration. Assist in SW upgrade, Cutover, Frequency change and radio network performance test.

·         Manage the integration team, plan and supervise all integration activities on site. 

·         Participate in Emergency Handling 

·         Provide technical support and consultant to implementation staff and customer. Prepare, updated and improve technical instructions for applicable processes or procedures if necessary.

·         Investigate and troubleshooting on integration and product problems, and collect customer's complaint within the project, escaltate to product line support and follow up.

·         Mentor and support to assistant engineer

·         Other tasks assigned by manager

 

Qualifications

You have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You enjoy working with people from around the world and across various disciplines, from customer technical staff to local authorities. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.

 

You should also have 

• A  Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus at least five years of telecommunications experience
• Good  written and spoken English
