工作内容:
1. 在线聊天客服（在家或公司）,提供咨询和售后支持并维护客服满意度并尽量达成交易。
2. 通过eBay销售电信、网络产品和个人电子消费品
3. 联系来自客户数据库中的VoIP客户并通过网络、邮件、电话等达成交易
4.在线市场拓展（在网站上建立链接等等）
5.分析客户需求，给客户提供最能满足客户要求的产品
6.与客户进行销售及服务相关的沟通，商议。
7.计划并实施市场推广活动。


职位要求：
1.大专或以上学位，成绩优良。没有特别专业要求。
2.英语：CET-6或以上，读说流利。
3.自信、较强的成功欲、独立自主并诚实诚信。
4.良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力: 思维逻辑，表达清晰及高效的倾听能力，以及设身处地替他人着想的能力，有为客户着想的销售理念。
5.有活力，有激情，有团队精神与吃苦精神。
6.对销售及市场策划感兴趣。
7.能适应夜班生活。
8.优秀应届生亦可

Working content:
1. Live Chat customer service (In house or in office).Provide consultation and after-sale support to customers and maintain customer satisfaction,and try to conclude the transaction.
2. eBay sales in telecom and networking product and personal digital consumptive product
3. Contact VoIP customer from a provided name database and get orders from this through web, e-mail, & telephone.
4. Online marketing （creates links on web sites and so on）
5. Analyze needs of customer and recommend product to meet customer requirements
6. Negotiate terms of sale and services with customer.
7. Design and implement marketing tactics to generate interest


General Requirements:
1. College graduate or above,with outstanding academic performance.
2. English: CET-6 or higher level, fluent in oral and written English.
3.Confidence.strong drive to succeed, initiative, self-motivation and integrity.
4.Excellent communications and people skills: logical thinking, strong customer service orientation, and above average level of empathy.
5.Energetic、teamwork and hardworking.
6.Demonstrated interest in sales and marketing.
7.Can work at night.
