● Job Description:
-Responsible for daily market risk management and reporting for business units
-Work with front office and other supporting areas on resolution of risk related issues
-Perform quantitative market risk analysis
-Market risk management design (including risk policy, limits, procedure etc.) for new business and new product
● Core Qualification:
Knowledge
-Thorough understanding of risk management concepts and techniques
-Knowledge of the capital markets and the products
Skills and Abilities
-Passionate for the risk management job
-Strong quantitative and analytical ability
-Experience in pricing of derivatives is preferred
-Skills in database, C++, VBA are preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
-A quick learner
-Good problem-solving skill
-Creative thinking
-A team player
-Self-motivated & energetic
Qualifications
-1-2 years trading or risk management experience in a reputable investment bank
-Bachelor or Master degree in mathematics, or other quantitative related majors
