Work in a short time period, 3 months or 6 months ;
Could ensure the working time on a daily bases or at least 3.5-4 days per week accordingly;
Main Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the department
Assistant to the team members and associates
Interfacing and communicating with other department and colleagues
Complete the tasks arranged by department accordingly
Basic Requirements:
Under graduated student or post graduated student in colleagues and universities
Business, trading, administration related bachelors degree required, or automobile technical related major
Fluent English is a must, German is an advantage
Good PC skills, MS Office
Quick learner, initiative, self motivated
Ability to interact with people of diverse culture
