Mr. Dan Shia, the founder of DSS, is a visionary leader in software; he is also

ts for 10 years. In 1993, he developed the world top management tool of Telecom

Recently, DSS has built a new generation software platform based on Dynamic Syst
em Chart (DSC). DSC is a technical breakthrough that seamlessly integrates model
ing and programming in a single graphical language, and it is ideal for building
Business Process Management (BPM) applications. As Howard Smith and Peter Finga
r predicted in their book, "Business Process Management – The Third Wave", the

Job description:
1. Software design and testing using DSC.
2. Participate in developing software platform and applications.

General Requirement:
1. Must be a quick learner, have strong logical reasoning capability, eager to i
nnovate and meet challenges.
2. Good at team work and have a can-do attitude. Demonstrate excellent communica
tion and interpersonal skills, and can work under pressure.
3. Fluent in English writing and reading.

Technical requirement:
1. Good at programming with Java.
2. Familiar with software development tools, especially Eclipse.
