Responsibility:
Improving the English communication proficiency of development team members through planning and executing the following daily activities
- Listening and oral practices for development team members on regular basis
- On-the-spot document or email review with suggestions to individuals on improving their writing skills
- Provide appropriate training on understanding, speaking, and writing English to speed up team growth

Qualification:
- Graduate students majored in English focused area
- Available for at least 3 days a week throughout year 2008
- Excellent in English writing and speaking, native on pronunciation, professional training on business writing is a plus
- Good understanding of culture of English-speaking countries, oversea experience is a plus
- Training experience as an English teacher or trainer is a plus
- Accountable and motivated as an organizer and interpersonal communicater
