要求：大三、大四或者研二，每周4－5天工作时间，六个月聘用期











主要工作职责/Main  Functions & Responsibilities



职位概述 Job Summary : Provide timely and quality admin & secretarial service to legal counsel and legal specialist







主要工作职责  Main  Tasks & Responsibilities



Check the chopping registration & photocopy, filing, facilitate the communication between legal counsel / legal specialist & internal clients on chopping matters;



Analyze the chopping content by GZ & BJ office.



Help in communication with external party, including legal Firm and business consulting firm



Simple legal research & drafting;



Translation



Legal & Compliance function’s admin. & secretarial support.







基本任职资格 Basic Requirements of the Job







时间要求：Time requirement:



4-5 days/week



6 month intern term







教育背景 Education :



Grade 3 or 4 of Graduate in legal profession  



Grade 1 or 2 of post graduate in legal profession







工作经验 Experience : 



Internship experience in law firm or multinational company is preferred.







专业知识与技能 Specific Knowledge & Skills :                                                                    



- Basic Skills on drafting, reviewing simple legal documents and legal research skills

- Good command of both spoken and written English



- Good skills in Windows and MS office      



- Team player
