市场部总监助理职位说明:

Role Summary:
Responsible for relieving management of administrative detail and supporting the Marketing Department through coordination of workflow and interdepartmental liaison.

Objectives:
Work with Marketing Manager and other key staff to contribute to and develop long-term marketing plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Priorities
Relieve manager of administrative detail, selected projects
Coordinate work flow
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
Take initiative in manager’s absence
Keep projects on schedule

Routines
Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
Assisting in the delivery of approved strategies
Evaluating marketing campaigns
Monitoring competitor activity
Managing budgets and financial procedures within the department
Maintain calendar: ascertain which events require manger’s presence
When manager chairs meetings:
- Prepare agenda in advance
- Arrange meeting facilities
- Act as recording secretary; prepare action minutes
Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager’s signature
Arrange essential mail in priority action order for manager
Update work co-ordination files
Screen visitors to control interruptions
Handle all phone inquiries within capacity and arrange"callbacks" to protect manager’s time or route calls elsewhere as needed
Arrange transport through internal or outside agents
Complete expense reports after trip
Routinely re-order department supplies
Update mail/phone directories
Assure discreet handling of all business

Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:

business awareness;
IT literacy.

Education and Experience:
- A degree in any of the following disciplines and minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role or as account executive:
marketing;
communications;
business/management;
information systems.
