OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
Handle the staffing application process and prepare organization chart and offer letter, as well as provide staffing analysis for management decision making.
Major Area of Responsibilities:
1.Support to the KONE China recruitment data consolidation.
2.Develop the recruitment report for management review and analysis for decision making.
3.Handle the process of HC, recruitment, promotion, transfer application and help for optimization.
4.Maintain the organization chart monthly.
5.Draft the announcement
6.Compose and deliver the offer letter, appointment letter at region/branch level.
7.To take on the other duty and project from direct leaders.
Requirements:
Education Background:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in business management is preferred
CET-6 or above
Skill, Proficiency:
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good command in Microsoft Office, etc
Good command in English and Mandarin
Experience:
Having experience in Multi-National Company with at least 1 year experience in HR function.
