职位要求：

Reuters Technology (China) Limited is looking for a person to fill the position of Intern Systems Engineer.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

?A student aspiring towards a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related technical field.

 

?Familiar and experienced with system setups and maintenance, troubleshooting of servers and networks (e.g. Microsoft, Sun, EMC, HP, Cisco)

 

?Good understanding of multiple technologies such as TCP/IP, IP telephony, WAN/LAN, network security, virtualisation.

 

?Basic knowledge of Unix.

 

?Good interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Mandarin.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To assist the Principal Systems Engineer in the support the site's technical infrastructure:

 

?Participate in IT infrastructure projects e.g. technical IT fitout of new office space.

 

?Help manage the organisation's development and test labs. This includes management of: space, power, cooling, network communications, security, physical assets, software licenses, etc.

 

?Help manage, monitor, analyse network traffic and performance.

 

?Help run technical audits for server room and desktop hardware and software licensing compliance.
