Material Engineer (Working in Singapore)
    You will perform failure analysis and material studies on semiconductor assembly process and equipment.
   
    Requirements:
    •    Good Degree in Material Science
    •    Familiar with the operation of analytical equipment (eg. FESEM, CSAM)
