Position: Customer Service Representative
Working Location: FTZ / BLP , Shanghai

Job Responsibility:
-Bachelor degree or above, minimum 2 year customer service operation experience in logistics fields, experience in WGQ FTZ or WGQ BLP is preferred;
-Knowledge in freight forwarding, warehouse, transportation, import & export;
-Customer oriented, with good problem-solving skills;
-Good command of English communication skill and MS Office;
-Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player;
-Living near WGQ is preferred.
-Excellent fresh graduates of bachelor’s degree will be also welcomed;
-We provide many lines of shuttle buses.

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，二年以上第三方物流客户服务操作经验，有外高桥物流园区经验者佳；
2、熟悉货代、仓储、运输及进出口贸易知识；
3、以客户为导向，具有良好的问题解决能力；
4、良好的英文沟通表达能力以及计算机操作能力；
5、工作积极主动，责任心强，能在较强的压力下工作；
6、具有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；
7、家住外高桥附近的优先考虑；
8、同时欢迎优秀的本科应届毕业生前来应聘；
9、公司提供多条班车线路。
