Job BC-005, Software Quality Assurance Engineer（产品质量工程师）
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Play a major role to improve quality, functionality, reliability and us
ability of company products, create/maintain processes for whole development, an
d execute audit/inspection
 Design and develop comprehensive test plan with systematic QA methodolo
gy
 Be creative and thorough in test case execution and reporting
 Apply thought process to analyze test results to ensure existing and ne
w functionalities

Job requirements:
 Based on company quality policy, cultivate expertise with lithography t
echnology
 Solid knowledge base in Mathematics, Optics or Physics
 Team player, good communication skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 Attention to detail, positive attitude under stress

Desired but not required:
 Good Knowledge in semiconductor lithography and IC design
 Expertise on QA activities and methodologies
 Strong experience on UNIX, C/C++, scripting languages, databases
 Familiarity with software testing processes and testing methodologies
 Strong knowledge of software engineering/computer programming/project m
anagement
 Skillful with automated testing tools and bug tracking tools
