Open position: NPI (New Product Introduction) PM(Beijing)

*The application from this years graduate will not be considered.*

1. Background
Ericsson China Broadband Networks R&D Center is located in Beijing. The scope of the R&D Center is to perform research and to develop products within the broadband Network area. Applicable area covers access, optical network and carrier ethernet.

2. Object of the job
To be responsible for industrialization of the products developed.
Work scope is product oriented covering area of supply chain strategy, prototype delivery, production test development and supply coordination.

3. Responsibilities and main tasks
. Take charge of NPI project which is under main development project
. Manage internal and external resource to ensure on time and on cost delivery for project
. Manage NPI project budget, time schedule according to the requirement from main project
. Supervise the production test development to fulfill the requirement
. Drive supply chain set-up and maintenance
. Ensure product quality and supply chain security
. Control and improve production yield
. Ensure product orderability set-up
. Ensure smooth product hand over from NPI to mass production
. Maintain relationship with both internal and external counterpart

4. Qualification
. Bachelor degree or above of first level University (Engineering background is preferred)
. Business and management awareness
. Strong leadership and communication skill
. Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
. Well organized and have structure thinking
. Initiative and positive personal personality 
. Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
. Development potential
. Telecommunication background is highly preferred
