主要职责：
1、负责金融产品的研发工作，参与产品前期定位研究、完成新产品可行性研究报告、产品设计方案及后续调整
2、拟定新产品的培训方案，并组织实施相关培训
3、负责机构客户专项投资方案的定位及设计工作
4、负责与监管机关沟通新产品政策动态，并拟订适应性方案
5、跟踪行业（如资产管理、年金管理等）动态，形成产品设计思路和相关研究报告
6、负责与银行、证券、基金等产品设计团队沟通，合作开发适应性新产品
任职要求：
1、有较强的逻辑分析能力和项目研究能力；有较强的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；工作态度认真负责，积极进取，追求卓越；能适应高强度工作
2、金融工程技能，熟悉金融分析软件，熟悉金融行业产品设计新动态
3、专科及以上学历；18-26周岁，应届毕业生，无工作经验均可。
