Responsibilities:
- Management of English product catalog;
- Support of English-speaking customers from all over the world.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree minimum. Good mastery of the Chinese and English languages, good English writing, listening and conversational capabilities are required. English major preferred but not a must, but TEM-8 is required.
- Two to three years experience of using English as the working language.
- Strong research capabilities in unfamiliar subjects.
- Conversant with consumer product categorization, experience in e-Commerce and product catalog preferred.
- Can adapt to the working style and tempo of an American start-up company, willing to work long hours.
- With a strong motivation to learn, love to think and good at asking questions. A vast scope of knowledge will definitely help.
- Patient, responsible and self-motivated.
