1. Manage the customer contact center (e.g. Planning, Incentive, Quality Assurance, Shifting, and Training). 2. Lead the customer service team with the primary responsibility of providing qualified service to our customers in North America. 3. Accountable for the timely and efficient response to secure a positive customer service experience via IM, BBS, Email, etc. in English. 4. Update the FAQs and Scripts according to the game information. 5. Draft training materials and conduct CSR training. 6. Moderate gamers’ behavior to provide and maintain fair environments to our customers. 7. Prepare weekly and ad-hoc reports on customer issues and related situations. 8. Handle other administrative responsibilities as needed. |
