We are located in Qingdao and operating our search business from Qingdao covering Shanghai, Beijing and other major cities in China. The clients we are serving include Fortune-500 multi-national companies and leading local Chinese corporations in Shanghai, Beijing and Qingdao.

Job Title: Research Associate-Internship

Work Location: Qingdao

Key Responsibilities:

-Market research and identify the right candidates from the market as per clients recruitment needs and requirements through the phone and other necessary channels

-Support consultant to assess and evaluate the candidates qualification and prepare candidate reports for clients

-Coordinate consultant with meeting arrangement and support other admin work in the office

-Work with consultant to complete each search assignments for clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

-University degree

-Aggressive with can-do attitude

-Willing to take challenge and work under pressure

-Initiating action and innovative thinking

-Good communication skills with excellent English in speaking and writing

-Can work for 3-6 months with 4-5 days every week

-Male candidate is preferred
