Location: Beijing
In the challenging context of UMTS wireless projects, R&D department is looking for software load build engineers to develop UMTS Access OAM system. This product is developed using JAVA/C++/TCL/Shell scripts. The candidate will join a dynamic team and will work into an international context.

Responsibility:
1. The candidate will be responsible for the daily load build operations of UMTS OAM products, supporting design team for the delivery, daily official load build, compilation/build error warning debugging and analysis, delivery training to new comers.
2. As the contact person of software management in design team, being responsible for the Development streaming managements
3. Evolving into the feature development in load build areas.
4. Load build infrastructure long term evolutions.

Requirements:
Mandatory
1. Bachelors degree is the least, major in Computer science, telecommunication is preferred. Master degree is preferred.
2. Strong script programming skills & experience in Unix
3. Strong knowledge and experience in SCM tools (clearcase, CVS)
4. At least two years experience in load build operations and tools, load build architecture experience is preferred
5. Fluent in English reading and writing
6. Professional and effective communications both internally and externally
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
8. Highly self-motivated and autonomous in the work
9. Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success

Optional
1. Profound OOAD knowledge, familiar with s/w development processes
Experience in CORBA is a plus
2. Knowledge of UNIX environment and OS kernel
3. Basic knowledge of Wireless system (UMTS, GSM, CDMA, etc) architecture
4. Experience in design and development of comprehensive s/w system
5. Experience in s/w development in a TL9000 certificated Telecommunication Company
6. Experience in the industry or s/w development company is desirable. Working experience in international telecom/software companies is a plus.
