HAPBC is member of Asia Pacific Breweries Group (APB), a joint venture between Heineken of Holland and Fraser & Neave of Singapore. Today, APB oversees a portfolio of over 40 beer brands and brand variants, including Tiger Beer, Heineken, Anchor and ABC Stout. The group operates an extensive global marketing network, which spreads across 60 countries and is currently supported by 23 breweries in nine countries including China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Sri Lanka.

In light of the growth and market consolidation trends in China, APB streamlined all its brewery operations under Heineken-APB (China) Pte Ltd (HAPBC) in 2004. HAPBC assumes all production, marketing and sales of beer brands under Heineken and APB, and spearheads all business strategic activities such as investments, mergers and acquisition in the PRC.

考虑到中国市场的成长和整合的趋势，2004年，亚太酿酒集团将中国酒厂的各项运营都置于喜力亚太酿酒（中国）私人有限公司的统一指导下。喜力亚太酿酒（中国）私人有限公司承担亚太酿酒旗下品牌在中国的所有生产、销售与推广，并负责在中国的投资、并购与整合等战略性经营。

Currently, HAPBC has brewery operations in Hainan and Shanghai as well as a sales and distribution arm, Heineken Trading (Shanghai). HAPBC has also forged alliances with Kingway Brewery Holdings and Jiangsu Dafuhao Breweries from the the Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces respectively.

Hainan Asia Pacific Brewery Company Ltd (HAPCO) is one of the operating breweries under HAPBC. The brewery was established 1994 and has, over time, become a market leader in the industry with Anchor Beer which is extremely popular with the locals in Hainan. Concurrently, HAPCO also brews and markets Tiger Beer for the premium segment and offers local brands such as Hainan Beer and Aoke to cater to the diversified consumer preferences.

海南亚洲太平洋酿酒有限公司隶属于喜力亚太酿酒（中国）私人有限公司。公司创立于1994年，随着时间的流逝，公司取得了长足的发展，公司生产的力加啤酒已经成为海南啤酒市场的主导品牌。同时，海南亚太也酿造和销售高端品味的虎牌啤酒和供应迎合各种消费者不同选择的当地啤酒品牌，比如海南啤酒和奥克啤酒。
