JOB DESCRIPTION
" Under the leadership of IT project manager, be part of the local development resource and work 100% for China, to analyze business requirements, develop solutions, build application / tools and provide supports afterwards.
" The expected work as IT application developer covers system design, coding, testing and technical supports later on.
" And it also includes modifying existing undocumented applications, and resolving daily issues based on the technical skills and expertise.
" The candidate is required to provide documentation for above works according to the Software Development Lifecycle standards defined in DuPont IT.
" In the future as a career path, the candidate will be a part of developer team, be able to work remotely with business users/customers and report into regional developing colleagues within GCC team (in India) for guidance.


TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
" Minimum of 2 years in development with Microsoft ASP, IIS and SQL products
" Solid experience in C# and/or application development
" Experience with reporting tools: SQL Server Reporting Service and Crystal Reports
" Microsoft certified professional or MCAD
" Experience using Business Intelligence, SQL Server in real projects is a plus
" Lotus Notes script and work flow development skill is preferred


GENERIC SKILLS REQUIRED
" University undergraduate with relative majors
" At least 3 years working experience in IT industry
" Communication skills - excellent written and oral skills
" Ability to efficiently and accurately produce documentation for coding and development status
" Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards
" Be good at reading and writing English
" Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skill is a plus
