 Uncommon Grounds Coffee, being one of the significant leaders in coffee industry around the world, with its unique Trees to Cup concept, is entering great China with the full support from its subsidiaries in US, Canada, Papua New Guinea and China.         Job Requirements:
        *Minimum completion of high school level education,vocational is preferred
        *Ability to always motivate other staffs and handle staffs'concerns in spirit of team
        *Strong organizational skills and able to resolve any unanticipated work crisis in a busy environment effectively and practically
        *Good customer relation skills and quick solutions
        *Must be always hardworking and driven by results
        *Able to bridge the gap between various management and junior staffs through excellent communication and reporting
        *Attentive to detail and able to follow management's instructions and/or directions
        *Basic verbal and written communication in English is required
        *Skilled in cash management and related matters
        *Flexible working hours and methods
        *Basic knowledge and skills of computer
        *Past experiences in similar work environment are preferred
