Title: Private Equity Modeling Engineer / Analyst 私募股权系统分析师

Jade Invest is a leading alternative asset investment manager with a focus on private equity in mainland China. With offices in Shanghai and Beijing, we are dedicated to serving investors seeking to capitalize on China's growth through our funds and co-investment programs. Our current fund investment program is through the first-ever China exclusive private equity fund-of-funds in the world. Job description:

This position will be assisting the Finance Director in developing and operating the firm's investment analysis and investment implementation systems as well as internal finance and accounting systems. The successful candidate will enjoy work in a small dynamic team and have significant responsibilities from an early stage. There will be ample opportunities for the successful candidate to learn and develop fundamental skills in private equity finance and investment.

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Database development and analysis

- Financial model development and operation

- Investment execution process management

- Cash management execution process management

- Accounting and Budgeting system development and operation

- Special projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

- University degree, preferably computer science related

- Strong numerical skills - able to analyze, interpret and evaluate data and make recommendations based on such analysis

- Strong English communication skills

- Interest in finance and private equity investments

- Ability to work well within a small tight-knit team

- Strong multi-tasking skills

- The highest degree of professional and personal integrity

- Ambitious, studious and self disciplined

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Current colleague senior student are encouraged to apply if they can devote at least 3 days a week

 

Recommended:

- Programming or computer system engineering background

- Database development experience (e.g. Access, FileMaker etc.)

- Financial modeling experience

- Accounting experience
