                        招募简介

为配合索迪斯业务在中国大陆的迅速发展，我们将于2008年9月启动“管理培训生计划”。该计划周期为三至六个月。通过该计划的培训实习考核，培训生可在索迪斯担任基层管理职位。

招募要求：

• 大学本、专科以上学历；
• 愿意从事后勤管理服务行业；
• 良好的服务意识、团队精神；
• 不断进取的工作热情；
• 优秀的沟通、分析和解决问题的能力；
• 良好的数字计算和分析总结能力；
• 英语听说读写熟练者优先；

Management Trainee Program

To meet the rapid development of Sodexo in Mainland China, Sodexoplans to launch a “Management Trainee Program” in September 2008. Theprogram aims to develop the trainees to be front line managers througha three to six month training and internship program.

We are recruiting trainees with qualifications as below:

• Bachelor or Colleger above degree;
• Willing to work in the support service industry;
• Good sense of service and team work;
• Excellent communication skill；analyzing and problem solving skill;
• Passion to make progress;
• Good data analysis and synthesis skill;
• Both English writing and speaking proficiency is a plus;
