Responsibility:

1.Help to follow up China/Asia training project: like coach project, trainee project, and so on; support the logistic arrangement, follow up with vendor or participants; 
2.Help to organize English training, like Salon or other English activity; 
3.Help to promote our training events, like making newsletter, project updates; 
4.Generate reports: according to company training data, generate training reports for analysis, like training needs report, coaching report, trainee report, etc.

 
Requirement:
*Bachelor degree student, Junior grade or first year of master degree will be preferred 
*Good communication skills in both Chinese and English 
*Can work under pressure, with team work spirit 
*Good PC skills, especially in office tools 
*Can come to work at least two working days per week, with at least three months internship
