以下是要求:
is to enable you to apply benefit-cost analysis (BCA) to a simplified problem and produce a professional report. Undertaking this task will help you to understand better the nature of the trade-offs involved in ecological economic problems and the strengths and limitations of the BCA approach to informing decisions about these trade-offs. An Excel template, partially completed, is provided to assist you in organizing and analyzing the data.


以下是格式

1. Introduction. Include a brief description of the project, project objectives and the purpose and scope of the economic analysis undertaken to evaluate the economic impact of the proposed project.
2. A descriptive overview of project impacts.
3. A discussion of the benefits and costs to be included in the quantitative economic analysis. Include assumptions made, methods used, source of estimates, limitations of the estimates, and reasons for including or excluding data.
4. Presentation and discussion of NPV for the project.
5. Sensitivity analysis (high and low values) for two key variables – (a) on-farm returns with the conservation package and (b) the valuation of benefits to the wetlands.
6. An overall discussion of the findings (including any unquantified or poorly quantified impacts of the project and the likely influence of these impacts upon the results of the analysis).
7. A brief conclusion and recommendation.
8. A completed spreadsheet based on the template provided.
