职责：
1. 优化条件随机场模型 (CRFs)的训练过程和解码过程，尤其是解决训练过程中消耗内存大的弱点，并能够加快训练和解码过程
2. 搭建中文分词、词性标注、实体识别的演示平台
3. 利用lucence/nutch搭建一个站内搜索平台

要求
1. 极高的windows/linux平台下的C++编程能力
2. 熟悉条件随机场算法
3. 熟悉Lucene/Nutch/等开源搜索引擎框架
4. 精通倒排索引、全文检索、排序等相关技术
5. 熟悉搜索评分算法和性能调优
6. 熟悉多线程编程技术
7. 了解html, PHP和mysql, 有网站开发经验者优先
8. 每周工作4-5天

注意事项：
1.签订正式实习合同，因此需要您的导师签字同意。
2.工作时间在4-6个月，如果合作愉快可将工作时间顺延
