Job Title:  Sales&Technical support engineer  

Job Description

Purpose of Job: 
The role of a sales& technical support engineer is to hold technical seminar to the customers, to answer different kinds of technical problems related to paint and corrosion protection and to deliver solutions to customers requirement, which is, to assist in enlarge the sales volume

Job Description and Requirement
a. hold technical seminars with customers mainly about corrosion protection and paints, solve 
   different kinds of technical problems by the customers
 b. assist in sales by delivering technical solution to customers, including paint knowledge and 
  application procedure 
c. recommend appropriate paint systems and solutions to sales and Technical Service 
      d. Coordinate with other department to deal with complaint/claim issues and manage the process
       e. Communicate with headquarter technical department(Asia Pacific) for regular consult and 
          communication

Requirements
         a. MSC. or Meng. materials chemistry, corrosion and protection, materials science ( polymers 
             preferred) or materials engineering postgraduate
          b. Corrosion engineering or related major preferred
         c. Good oral and written English, can communicate fluently in English
         d. Proficient in MS Office
         e. Good communication skills, team work spirit, can work under pressure
         f. Willing to travel frequently

Working Conditions:  
Locate in Chengdu and cover business over West China region

Education:  
MSc. Or MEng.

Work Experience: 
Freshman preferred

Personal Skills/Competencies: 
Good communication skills, take respect of team work and willing to take responsibility 

Computer Skills: 
Proficient in MS Office software and other working software

Ability of foreign languages:
Good reading and written English skills; Fluent in oral English;

Certificates/Licences/Registration required:
CET-6 as a requirement 

Job Title:Technician      

Job Description

Purpose of Job: 
The role of a Technician is to carry out laboratory work under supervision in order to support the project team and to deliver new products / support work on time and to agreed technical and commercial standards.

Position in Organisation:
 
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. health safety and the environment
a. Ensure highest standards of housekeeping (5S) by themselves and other individuals around them are maintained to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
b. Ensure all equipment used is maintained to the appropriate standard and does not constitute a hazard to themselves and those around them.
c. Ensure all procedures relating to Health, Safety and the Environment are complied with.
2.  Laboratory Work
       a. Carry out experimental and standard paint manufacture, QC and testing, under direction of the lab manager or chemist, so that work needs are met.
       b. Carry out basic paint formulation using the formulation calculator to meet project requirements, under the guidance of the lab manager or chemist.
       c. Under guidance of the lab manager or chemist, participate in supervision of factory batch manufacture.
       d. Participate in trial applications outside laboratory conditions under supervision.
      e. Undertake any reasonable task as requested by lab manager or chemist above and beyond their normal working activity
3.  Communication
      a. Ensure that all work undertaken is recorded to a high standard in laboratory notebooks
      b. Ensure that data and results are effectively reported to supervisors verbally and/or in writing.
4.  Personal Development
         Set high personal standards of performance, demonstrating energy and confidence in achieving personal success and be pro-active in self-development. Progress also needs to be made to increase their awareness in other areas such as business awareness, customer relationships, initiative, problem solving and team working to enable progression to the position of Chemist.
5. Management
    Strong awareness of self-management with respect to time management, quality and self-discipline.  However, a technician will have no direct line management responsibility.

Working Conditions:  
Locate in Su Zhou and work in the lab

Education:  
BSc. Or BEng.

Work Experience: 
Having the lab experience of paint is preferred 

Personal Skills/Competencies: 
Good communication, high team work spirit and willing of taking responsibility 

Computer Skills: 
Proficient in some basic and professional paint software.

Ability of foreign languages:
Good understanding of English (spoken and written) 

Certificates/Licences/Registration required: 
CET-4
