Main Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:
 Develop and administer compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
 Collect and maintain C&B information such as market practice and government regulations and upgrade ours based on requirements.
 Collect, review proposal of performance appraisal and salary increase and give suggestions.
Talent Management:
 Based on companys talent management strategies and the instruction of the Sr. C&B Manager to develop/update the competency model and propose development programs to fill in the gaps between the individual competency and the position required competency.
Organization Effectiveness:
 Involve in the programs related to improving organization effectiveness. This includes projects of consulting/proposing on workforce planning and succession planning, workforce engagement, etc.

要求：
本科及以上学历
4年以上跨国外企公司或大型高新技术、IT企业相关人力资源领域工作经验 ，做过C&B项目
丰富的薪资福利知识和人才管理技巧，在原公司有参与HR项目管理与推动的经验，包括如薪资结构设计，绩效管理推动，接班人计划，人才发展的项目推动等相关经验
主动性好，责任性强，创造推动能力强，执行能力强
