Job Responsibilities
To lead, manage and transform finance function, including shared service center, controls and compliance, statutory, legal and treasury, covering managing IBM Asia Pacific Accounts Payable Operation as well as supporting business transformation for commercial clients which related F&A

Job Requirements 
◇Qualified accountant or graduate with accountancy or finance background. Good knowledge of Chinese GAAP & working knowledge of US GAAP.
◇Having 7-8 years relevant working experience. And at least, have 2-3 years people management experience.
◇Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, able to work with all level of staff, internal and external 
◇Familiar with China’s legal, statutory and accounting rules and regulations, including tax, VAT and company law
◇Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
◇Self motivated, independent, performance driven and able to work under pressure
◇Ability to meet tight deadlines and possess strong organizational skills
◇Ability to lead and motivate a team of professional and semi-professional staff
◇Excellent PC skills, especially proficient in the use of MS Excel spreadsheet

Job Requirements 
◇Minimum 2+ year of experience with Teradata data warehouse development;
◇Experience of Teradata’s administration or maintenance is preferred;
◇Be familiar with BTEQ, Fastload, Multiload, Fastexport;
◇Hands-on experience on Unix is preferred, be familiar with Unix shell, perl etc;
◇Able to multitask effectively;
