JOB OPENING:   Analytics Specialist

Job Description

We leverage our global presence in Asia, Europe and the United States to deliver measurable financial impact for our clients. Analytics Specialists are responsible for discrete pieces of analysis that contribute towards solving a client's business problem. Analytics Specialists break down a problem into hypotheses to be tested, structure the testing approaches, model and interpret the data. This position requires analytical ability, a flair for quantitative problem solving and programming and strong interpersonal/communication skills. While working abroad, assist in developing client recommendations and work collaboratively with client team members to implement change. This is the entry-level position which includes two different levels for undergraduate student and graduate student.

 

The majority of employees join Opera Solutions as Analytics Specialist. They are typically graduated with Master degrees. Exceptional bachelors are also welcome to join as Analytics Specialist.

Analytics Specialists develop into Senior Analytics Specialist after two or more years experience with Opera Solutions.

With time, Senior Analytics Specialist grows into Junior Analytics Manager, who carries responsibilities in technical project executions and team management.

After two or more year's experience, Junior Analytics Manager will be promoted to Analytics Manager, who is responsible for technical executions of a major project.

With time, Analytics Manager will develop into Senior Analytics Manager and then Vice President.
